My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, though larger than usual and clean, were not as luxurious as the pictures portrayed. The service was a mix of rudeness and friendliness, and the staff did hold onto our luggage which was a nice gesture. The location was convenient for my needs, close to key venues, but lacking in some services after 8 pm. The dining experience had its flaws but the included food was delicious. Overall, a stay with some highlights and drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and very clean, although not exactly as described on the website. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make my stay special. The location was convenient and within easy walking distance to many attractions. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with several issues encountered. Despite this, the facilities offered were satisfactory, enhancing my overall stay.
I found the hotel to be a great option for work trips, offering clean rooms with helpful amenities, although the noise from nearby rooms was a bit of a nuisance. The location was excellent for accessing the Convention Centre and city, but the lack of nearby entertainment options could be a drawback.
The hotel provided just what I needed with clean, spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. However, the small window without any view was disappointing. The service ensured the room was returned to hotel standards each morning.
